The Mares X-Wing C-Evo are high-performance freediving fins engineered for freedivers and deep spearfishers who need maximum thrust, responsiveness and durability. The blade is produced from 100% pre-impregnated T700 carbon (12 layered, unidirectional weave) using an aluminum mold and high-pressure, high-temperature curing to ensure consistent quality, stiffness and surface finish. A parabolic flex profile, variable blade thickness and optimized side ribs provide progressive power transfer and improved channelled thrust while reducing side-flex and drag. The 30° blade inclination makes the fin a natural extension of the tibia, improving kicking ergonomics and reducing leg fatigue during long dives. The blade is designed for use with the X-Wing colored foot pocket (blue) for comfort and can be used without socks; blades are interchangeable and available in different stiffnesses — this SKU is the medium blade. Built to withstand repeated deep-use, these long fins are ideal for high-kicking frequency techniques used in freediving and deep spearfishing.
