The Mares X-Wing C-Evo is a high-performance freediving and deep spearfishing fin engineered for maximum thrust, efficiency and durability. The blade is produced from 100% pre‑impregnated T700 carbon arranged in 12 unidirectional layers to minimize side flex and increase responsiveness, and it is formed in an aluminum mold under high pressure and rapid heating to ensure repeatable, defect‑free results. A hydrodynamic finish—similar to that used on regatta boats—reduces drag and turbulence so every kick transfers power into forward motion. The long blade (750 mm) with parabolic flex and variable thickness delivers consistent channelled thrust through the whole stroke; a 30° blade inclination makes the fin a natural extension of the tibia for an efficient kicking angle. The fin comes with the blue X‑Wing Colored Foot Pocket for comfort and is designed to be used without socks; the blade is also interchangeable for servicing or upgrades.
